Negativity, that old gatecrasher comes trashing through your mind before begging you to put him up for, ‘just a few days’.

Nope. Positive thoughts I like to hold on to:

 

It really is better to light a candle than curse the darkness.

To find your integral voice, conduct a debate presenting a thoroughly researched argument that you are fiercely passionate about. Then repeat, fiercely and passionately supporting the very argument you abhor. Not easy. But here lies your integral voice. Until we understand the core of the other person’s argument, how will we ever hope to mend bridges?

Keep hold of your dreams, no matter what. They help to mould you. Google, the periodic table, the structure of our DNA, and Yesterday by the Beatles, Shelley’s Frankenstein and Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight, are all ideas that were conceived in dreams. Matin Luther King never lost his and it shapes us today.

The elements that we are composed of were formed in the interior of collapsing stars. Each and every one of us is made of stardust. Every now and then, look up and to the stars. It’s very humbling.
